A year or so ago I was at a bar on a date and I needed to use the restroom. There was only one bathroom and it was occupied. A young, blonde woman stood behind me in the short line, which consisted of me and her. To fill the silence I made a joke: “If it smells in there when I come out, it’s because of the guy who’s in there now.”
