There are many ways to show a little love to The Bay Area Brit.
You know when you watch PBS and you’re thinking “This show is awesome.” Well, as if they can hear your thoughts, that is the very moment when some singer from a bygone era or some aging British TV “personality” pops onto the screen sitting next to the PBS pledge drive’s host. Then begins the “we need your donations” speech.
Well The Bay Area Brit thinks you should ignore those PBS pledge drives and donate money to him and his awesome website which doesn’t suck 90% of the time and is always entertaining, even when he’s not asking for your cash.
In exchange, you will receive a gift of original artwork ranging from the “neato” hand-drawn greeting card to the “Oh, wow, that’s pretty cool” framed original cartoon…..depending on what you donate.
Let me know what you want in exchange for your donation, and I can tell you where that fits between “Why, yes, that’s a reasonable request,” and “Not bloody likely.”
